"My internet keeps dropping on and off..."
My internet keeps dropping on and off all day, and it’s getting really frustrating. What makes it worse is there’s no real human contact when you try to get help, just automated messages and waiting around with no clear answer.

"I wanted to like it, but the outages are too much"
When it’s working, it’s fine, but the outages have been happening way too often. I’ve had multiple work calls drop because of it, and I’m sitting there like, how is this okay? Support updates also come in slowly, which just makes it more frustrating. I really wanted to like the service, but lately I just don’t feel like I can rely on it.

"Upload speed feels unfairly inconsistent"
The download speed has been totally fine, but the upload speed keeps dropping out of nowhere. It makes video calls laggy and frustrating, especially when you're paying for a service that should be reliable both ways. I just feel like it's only fair for the upload performance to be more consistent.

"Not impressed with this service"
I’m annoyed with it. The internet keeps cutting out, and then support took forever to get back to me, which really didn’t help. I get that issues happen, but this feels like something they should have handled way better.

"Tech support was no help"
I reached out to support expecting at least some basic help, but they never really solved anything. It felt like I was just getting passed around without answers. it also made me wonder if there were hidden fees coming, because nobody was being clear about what was included or what I might end up paying for.

"Decent for browsing, frustrating for gaming"
monkeybrains has been fine for basic stuff like browsing, streaming, and everyday internet use, so I’ll give them credit there. But for gaming, it’s been rough. My ping jumps around at night and I get random lag spikes in shooters, which makes it really frustrating when you’re trying to play seriously. It’s not unusable overall, but if gaming is a big priority, it hasn’t been worth it for me

"Just trying to get something scheduled was exhausting"
I was excited at first to get the install set up, but that changed quickly. The scheduling was all over the place, appointment times kept shifting, and replies were slow enough that I started wondering if anyone was actually handling it. One minute I was trying to be patient, the next I was just frustrated. It felt like nobody really took ownership, and in the end I wasted way too much time just trying to get a real appointment on the calendar.

"Install took longer than I was comfortable with"
I had to reschedule the install twice, which was frustrating. I understand things can come up, but the timing felt uncertain and made me nervous about planning around it. I would’ve appreciated clearer updates so I could decide if it was worth the risk of rearranging my schedule again.

"Feels a bit overpriced to me"
I don’t know, I wanted to like it more, but the price just feels kind of high for what you actually get. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it didn’t really feel worth the money.

"Support did get back to me, but..."
Support did get back to me, but yeah, it took a bit longer than I expected. Once they finally replied, the answer was helpful enough and sorted out what I needed. So it wasn’t bad bad, just kinda slow sometimes.

I’ll give them this: the internet does connect, which is more than I can say for how reliable it feels. The speed drops constantly, pages take forever to load, and trying to stream anything without buffering is basically a gamble. It might be fine if you only check email once in a while, but for regular use, it’s way more hassle than it’s worth

I feel like the outage updates used to be a lot more helpful. Lately, they seem to come in late and when they do show up, they’re vague, so it’s hard to know what’s actually going on or when things might be fixed.

My WiFi has been dropping a lot recently, and it’s starting to get frustrating. I keep hoping it’ll settle down, but the signal feels really unstable right now. I’d really appreciate some reassurance that this can be fixed because I depend on it daily.

"Just wasn’t reliable Enough for our office"
We tried Monkeybrains for our small office, and it just didn’t hold up for what we needed. There were random slowdowns at weird times, and getting help from support felt kind of Hit or Miss. It might be totally fine for home use, but for business internet, I wouldn’t Really trust it.

"Nobody ever actually explains anything"
All week I kept getting these confusing messages from them, and it felt like I was just being talked at by some automated system instead of a real person. Nothing was clear, nobody explained what was going on, and every update just made me more annoyed...
